Darren and Kay Heather offer a warm welcome to the Kings Arms, our traditional 16th Century, former coaching inn. We pride ourselves on serving the best St Austell Ales and good, home-cooked food, open daily serving lunch and dinner. Darren (landlord and very experienced chef) and Pete (our long-serving, very experienced, and loyal chef), look forward to cooking for you!
We will remain closed on Mondays for the foreseeable future!
Booking will be recommended, whether you intend to eat or drink or both! We will not be taking bookings for outside in the beer garden - if you book inside and the weather is fine, you may sit outside if there is availability!
We look forward to welcoming you back to our pub and to some kind of normality however, mask-wearing will still be required!
Food will be served from 12noon to 2.00 pm and 6 pm to 8.30 pm daily.
Our walled beer garden is ideal for alfresco eating and drinking and we have a large car park at the rear of the pub.
We have St Austell Tribute and Proper Job, a range of ciders, including Cornish Rattler, and a selection of wines from Walter Hicks.
The selection on our gin shelf changes regularly!
